I am also concerned about the 760's cradle so I bought a RAM mount for on bike, also got a sunshield from a US seller on Ebay
I will cover the speaker, aerial socket and main power plate with adhesive tape to keep moisture out.
The only question is around using the mini USB socket to power my nuvi on the bike as I have installed a 1.8m lead from power adapter plugged into lighter socket I put in under pillion seat. But plugging in a USB lead switches the nuvi in to PC mode. How do I overcome this?
