As I know there isn't any way to do this.
If it was me I'd try to fabricate a power adapter that was more like the original Garmin one for the Nuvi (is it possible to modify the ram mount at all)
Incidentally, I used a Quest in the standard car mount on my BMW GS for a couple of years without problems even during a bit of off road it stayed in the cradle fine, so if you can't find solution for the power, one solution might be to simply run it in the original cradle and power it off that.
Other than that I can't offer a suggestion I'm afraid.
