It's not possible to switch off automatic route recalculation on the NĂ¼vis. This means that they are not able to follow routes uploaded from Mapsource in a good way. Thus only useful for riding the shortest/fastest ( and most boring...) way to the target.

Same problem as with the Colorado, Oregon and GPSMAP 620.

Pity indeed! The 620 with its magnificent high-resolution display would have been the best MC-GPS on the market if it was possible to switch of this route destroying feature!

Good point about the Nuvi!

I'm not sure if there is a feature difference between this nuvi and the others for that (but I wouldn't think so)
