A thread full of advise for your Quest.

All info helps.

I had a Quest on my first trip to France and although it was great i found it was a little geeky, ie you had to spend a lot of time on the computer to get the best out of it.
Oh, and no postcodes is a real pain in the a***!

The Quest II has post codes i believe.

Never buy a Q2 it does not work. Normal Quest is much better.

Default Quest

I used to have a Quest and really liked it, untill I eventually damaged the antenna to such an extent that it couldn't acquire satellites any more, a great unit apart from the fragile antenna. I heard that the Quest II was much slower doing recalculates than a Quest I although I must say that I haven't really used a Quest II myself
