Default Why buy a Garmin 60C?

There are quite a few GPS handsets which appear to be superior to the 60C, so why would you want to buy one, well, here are a couple of reasons:

If you're a motorcyclist but also like to do cycling or walking/trekking, the 60c has some cool features, such as elevation measured by barometric pressure (on the 60csx only I think), this allows the user to detect changes in weather before they arrive (as the meter will indicate a change in height by a change in pressure)

It is also a very robust unit (far more so than the quest and more so than the zumo) and much less cumbersome than a 276C or 278 (it fits in the pocket more easily than these).

Also, as the unit does not have a touch screen, it works far better in direct sunlight than the Zumo, Streetpilot, etc
