On-Route Error on start : Unload Debugger and Try Again

If you receive the following error when you try to start On-Route:

"Unload Debugger and Try Again (#0001)"




This is caused by the use of SysInternals Process Explorer application.


The solution is to stop the Process Explorer application, then re-install On-Route.


After this Process Explorer can be restarted.
