On-Route won't start - Why?

If after installing on-route on a pc, and trying to run it there is a brief appearance of the program splash screen and and nothing else, this could likely be the result of a permissions error on one of the files that the application needs to use (i.e. it cannot because it does not have the rights to do so)

If you installed the application as a user that does not have administrator rights on some systems this may give permissions problem when you run or use on-route at some point.

The workaround for this is to run the program as administrator, however the best solution would be to uninstall the program, log in as the admin user on your pc and reinstall on-route, then when you run the application, it should be automatically be granted admin rights.
