2820 USB problems

Hi there,

I am currently trying to resolve a probem on a 2820 in which the unit isn't recognised as a usb device.

I notice that Garmin have updated the USB drivers for this unit, but paradoxically I am unable to install these drivers as the USB communcation is not working!

When I start the unit, it doesn't offer me the choice to go into the USB mode, presumably because a USB device is not recognised at a hardware level.

A bit strange, has anyone seen anything like this before?

Was unable to resolve this problem, so the unit has been sent to Garmin.
