Tom Tom rider not charging

Posted a thread before about tom tom crashing but have now identified this as problem as it not charging correctly on the bike from what I can gather others have had this problem and it is the cradle mount thats the cause,bad design, has any one here had this problem and have you had any response by contacting tom tom about it, its a pain because I find the tom tom brilliant but this charging problem once when abroad lets it down badly any advice would be appreciated

Any chace you could post a photo of the mount and the wiring?
