Tom-Tom Rider mount.

Help, the cable to my mount severed. I have successfully re-fitted some crimps to the end but forgot to take note of which colour lead went to which terminal. on the end of the connector it is marked with a "1" &"2", a friend tells me that pin 1 is normally the live (red wirw). Is this correct ?
